We proudly feature an eight handle glychol cooled tap that utilizes a Co2 and nitrogen blended gas system to deliver the coldest and freshest draft beer in the tri-county area. Remember draft beer isn't pasteurized and this is how we protect its integrity. Most restaurants wont make this key investment,but Vertuccis couldn't do without!!!!!
